Last updated: . This Return Policy applies to workspace organization consultation products sold by Eliminateelbow through eliminateelbow.world, including Desk Focus Kit, Team Flow Kit, Floor Strategy Kit, and approved add-on modules.

Nature of Products

Consultation kits are professional services combining advisory time, digital deliverables, and optional on-site attendance. Because sessions are scheduled and prepared in advance, standard retail return rights apply differently than for physical goods. This policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund pathways.

Cooling Off for Consumers

If you are a UK consumer booking at a distance, you may have a fourteen-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for services not yet fully performed, unless you requested immediate commencement and acknowledged loss of the cooling-off right. Business clients contracting on B2B terms are generally not entitled to statutory cooling-off unless expressly agreed in writing.

Cancellation Before Session

Cancellations received at least seven full business days before the first scheduled session receive a full refund of prepaid fees. Cancellations between three and six business days receive a fifty percent refund or credit toward a rescheduled date within ninety days. Cancellations within two business days forfeit prepaid amounts except where we can reallocate the slot, in which case a twenty-five percent administrative fee may still apply.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted per booking when requested at least forty-eight hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a £25 administrative charge. Failure to provide site access or virtual meeting entry at the agreed time without notice is treated as a late cancellation by the client.

After Partial Delivery

Once a session has occurred or digital deliverables have been sent, fees for completed portions are non-refundable. If you believe deliverables materially fail to match the purchased kit description, notify us within fourteen days with specific gaps listed. We will offer reasonable revisions, supplemental guidance, or partial credit at our discretion.

Add-On Modules

Add-ons such as archival planning or reception redesign follow the cancellation windows of the parent kit unless otherwise stated in your proposal. Bundled discounts may be recalculated if components are cancelled separately.

Custom Engagements

Bespoke contracts include refund terms in the signed proposal. Where silent, the staged payment model applies: discovery fees are non-refundable after work begins; milestone payments for design phases follow proportional completion; unused on-site days may be credited if cancelled by Eliminateelbow due to consultant illness or force majeure.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at contact@eliminateelbow.world before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve concerns. Unfounded chargebacks for delivered consultation products may result in suspension of future bookings.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@eliminateelbow.world with your booking reference, kit name, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Credits may be offered where faster rebooking benefits your project timeline.

Satisfaction Adjustments

Eliminateelbow aims for practical, actionable layouts. If team feedback indicates confusion after rollout, one complimentary thirty-minute clarification call is available within thirty days of Floor Strategy Kit completion, subject to availability.
